The AIIA (Australian Information Industry Association) annual iAwards are the most prestigious industry awards in Australia. River Dynamics was the winner of the Outstanding Australian Product Innovation award.

Intelligent Supplier Management (ISM) was voted the best innovation in claims management, and River Dynamics won the Innovation in Claims Management Award, presented by the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF).
